A Father’s Heart by Rick Burgess

Whether you have kids or not, if you believe in the Lord our Father you should take the time to experience this. Many of you may or may not know of Rick and Bubba. They are two of the funniest morning radio show guys around. I had the privelage of listening to them every morning when I lived in Alabama. I miss them. This past weekend a tragic event took place in Rick’s family involving his 2 year old son. And I pray for Rick and his family during this unimaginable time.

I listened to this today at the gym. I was just telling Boomama, I kept shaking my head and saying to myself, “now THAT is a man of God.” To have that kind of clarity of vision so soon after what happened to him is humbling and inspiring to me.
